Our Story

At Caring Connections, we understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the healthcare system for a loved one. Our journey began with a personal experience – one that highlighted both the strengths and shortcomings of care services.

In 2022, my grandmother was hospitalised for five months. During that time, I witnessed the dedication of healthcare professionals—doctors, specialists, critical care nurses, carers, physiotherapists, dieticians, speech therapists and many others. Her journey from hospital, to a step-down facility, and finally back home revealed the gaps in coordination, continuity and a lack of support that many families face. It was this experience that inspired the creation of Caring Connections.

I hold a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree from Cardiff University in Wales, UK (2015). I worked in the UK for three years before returning to Kenya, gaining valuable experience in both clinical practice and community care. My training includes travel health, emergency contraception, flu vaccinations and the Pharmacy First service—enabling me to offer a wide range of support tailored to each patient’s needs.

Over the years, I have worked across diverse healthcare settings and built strong skills in leadership, communication and care management. My multicultural background has also helped me connect with families from different walks of life, acting as a bridge between medical professionals and the people who rely on them.

Caring Connections was founded to make the journey easier for others—to provide compassionate, coordinated and quality care along with a strong support network for families. No one should have to face the complexities of care alone and we are here to walk that path with you.
