Hello, I’m Meera Raichura, a UK-qualified pharmacist currently working at an aged care facility in Nairobi, where I specialise in elder care. My passion for improving the well-being of older adults inspired me to establish Caring Connections.

With years of experience in both the UK and Kenya, and a strong multicultural foundation, I understand the challenges families face when trying to access and navigate quality healthcare. I have witnessed first-hand how a lack of support can affect not only the patient, but the entire family.

At Caring Connections, my mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and families—offering expert guidance, tailored solutions and the reassurance that your loved ones are in capable, compassionate hands.

She will suggest a substitute if a certain medicine is not available and advise correct times they should be administered to get the best results.
